As every year around this time, we publish the GALTIER Valorem indexes (applicable for the BeLux).
These indices are composite, weighted indices. Long-term use of this index leads to a deviation from reality.
We remind you that fixed insurable values commit us for a period of 3 or 5 years (cf. specific conditions in the policy).
In case of significant investments and/or disinvestments, please contact us for a visit by one of our commercial agents. He will suggest the best approach taking into account these adjustments.
